End of week 4 and feeling pretty good, quite a few comments from people noticing a healthy glow which is encouraging. haven't mastered the creep exercise yet and pull ups are pathetic! any tips would be most welcome. missed a day of exercise so had to do set today instead.
As a motivational help I have gone through my cupboards and taken out a few clothes I really love but haven't been able to wear for a few years, notably my very skinny jeans. if I can get into those bad boys at the end of the program I will have achieved my goal. I have taken a picture of all of them and every time I crave red wine or cake then I will have to take a look at this pic, a whole new wardrobe for free is a good incentive!
