Day 23

Have been hugely delinquent on the blogs since starting the project and must admin it has been hard finding a rhythm with work and all the cooking and exercising although getting there.

We seem to be spending hours everyday planning, preparing and cooking the food which is very time consuming although fun to be in the kitchen with music and not vegging on the sofa (pardon the pun).


Found I had lost 1.3kg after 10 days but last time i weighed myself found I had put on 0.5kg again. Been re-assured this is probably muscles, definitely feeling firmer, but have made the decision not to weigh myself for a few more days in case the scale discourage me. Has anyone else experienced this?

  1. I was getting our babysitter/helper to do a lot of prep work with the veggies and salad by chopping it all up for me. I then had to chuck it in the steamer or wok and was done.

    Only 3 days left for me - down nearly 17 kgs from your wedding.
